Methods and Benefits of My Counseling
My counseling style is interactive and adheres strongly to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Hope-Focused Counseling. My goal is to bring hope to you and your relationships by teaching practical steps that can improve functioning in life. I have dedicated my life and practice to bringing hope to people who have hit roadblocks in their relationships and in their lives.

Individual Counseling
Sometimes we feel stuck in life and need help finding our way back to the path of contentment and hope. High levels of anxiety, sadness, and even depression can mark our lives at times. There are ways to get through these periods. I will work with you to increase self-awareness, deal with current issues, uncover unhealthy patterns from your past, manage difficult emotions, and learn to cope with stress. This will help you build your confidence and have fulfilling relationships with others. I want to provide a turn-around for you in your life and in your relationships.
Couples Counseling
I have great empathy for those in relationships who are struggling or have hit a breaking point. I can provide you with hope. Struggles with communication, sexuality, finances, compatibility, and finding purpose as a couple are common. I have seen my methods be successful many times, and I want to help you and your partner find each other again. Though it is a process, we will work together to find solutions and a real turnaround for your relationship, so you can have a bright future together. The average number of sessions needed for a couple is around 18, though the full range can be anywhere from 10 to 25. In the initial assessment, I will give you my opinion on the number of sessions needed.
